Pitts Thermal Activated Nickel Titanium Archwire
Thermal activated archwires react to heat in a unique way: cold temperatures make the archwires extremely malleable, they can bend without breaking.
When the archwire starts to heat up, it regains its original shape, which turns it active as soon as it is placed in the mouth.
